2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use jiliqqqq:
3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jiliqqqq account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. jiliqqqq reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliqqqq login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. jiliqqqq will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
3.3 Unauthorized Access. 4.1 All transactions on jiliqqqq are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made via local payment methods.
4.2 jiliqqqq accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. Available methods may change from time to time.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your jiliqqqq account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliqqqq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
4.6 jiliqqqq does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.1 Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
5.2 Withdrawals may be requested to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank accounts registered in your name. jiliqqqq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
5.5 jiliqqqq reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated identity documents, proof of payment method, or source of funds documentation.
5.6 Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus from which those winnings originated. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.
5.7 jiliqqqq reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
6.1 jiliqqqq offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Some games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
6.4 jiliqqqq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited, any wagering already completed will be taken into account.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
6.6 jiliqqqq reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses a player may claim within a given period.
7.1 All games available on jiliqqqq are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
7.2 jiliqqqq uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its electronic games. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and dice under controlled studio conditions.

12.2 By registering on jiliqqqq, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
12.3 jiliqqqq may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
13.1 You may close your jiliqqqq account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15.1 jiliqqqq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of jiliqqqq after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
